A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU WHO CAME AND SUPPORTED BOTH THE GALA DAY AND PHOENIX RUGBY LAST SATURDAY! Thanks to all the guys from the club who came and set the day up and for all of you who tried rugby for the first time! Saturday saw the Phoenix secure a complete league turnaround, much to the dismay of travelling team Clydesdale. As the teams kicked off at Nethercraigs in Cardonald the League new boys stormed into the lead after a shaky start and sank Clydesdale by 42 points to 14. In doing so Phoenix guaranteed themselves promotion in a minimum of second place from SHE West League Division Three. Read on for more info...
